Lost Souls Concept art

Before I actually start making comic pages for this series, I need to start coming up with specific designs for some main/side characters. These include:

Drake (center): Everyone's seen him in his leather jacket thing, but I thought it would be good for him to have an alternative/casual look to him.

A Demon (up in the left hand corner): Just testing out the design for demons in this world. Not bad, still confused as to how to make it work in a black and white comic. But i'll figure it out.

The Reaper (right hand corner): Originally I had the reaper as the cliche skeleton in robes as well as a hood, but I couldn't make it look that great in this style, so I decided to make him look more mysterious and haunting like a ghost. I actually really like the new redesign. Will work on it more.

The Skul (left of Drake): Same old design, not much to say, just wanted to draw him.

Drake's Gang member (right of Drake): When working with the reaper, Drake actually forms a gang to help him gain back some turf by The Skul's men. And this is a slight prototype design for his members. Thoughts?

Victoria (bottom left): Drake's girlfriend and childhood friend. I never really drew her much, so I decided to draw her with a bit of a newish design to her (mainly with her clothes). I'm satisfied with how she looks.

Noah (bottom right): Victorias actual brother (they're orphans, like Drake) and Drakes best friend. He works with Drake in the mob before Drake becomes a reaper. I like how he looks, but it feel's like I should do something different with him. Thoughts?
